At DeMers Family Vision Group, the health and safety of our patients and team members continue to be our top priority as we respond to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic.

The CDC has recently lifted the postponement of routine eye care and the Governor has removed restrictions on non-essential procedures. Therefore, we are now scheduling appointments.  Our online scheduling Portal is available to our established patients 24 hours per day.


We have extended our hours!  Monday to Thursday from 8:00AM to 6:00PM and Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. 

In order to comply with social distancing, appointments are scheduled further apart.  Due to the increase in protocols that are implemented we will now charge a $50 no show fee if an appointment is missed without calling to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

These are the measures we are taking to protect you:

Staff PPE - All staff wear face shields and/or masks.
Patients' PPE - It is required that you wear a mask to the office.  Available to purchase for $3
We will not see a patient who has COVID-19 symptoms or has been exposed to someone who has COVID-19.
We have implemented electronic intake forms to be completed prior to visit.
We will only see two members in the same family.
We ask to for the patient to come alone unless required to have a care taker or guardian.
We screen all patients and staff for fever with an infrared thermometer.

We will keep our front door locked to control the number of patients that enter.
We frequently wash our hands.
We supply hand sanitizer and patients are required to use when enter the building.
We have installed a commercial air sanitizer to constantly clean the air.
We constantly sanitize surfaces that are touched.
We sanitize products such as frames with soap and water in an ultrasonic cleaner.
We have strategically installed many barriers where face to face interaction happens, such as the front desk and on instruments.
We use digital instrumentation whenever possible to avoid close contact, such as Retinal Optomap at no additional charge to the patient.
We are shipping most contact lens orders directly to patients.
